The Past Week

What a busy week! The parents came into town on Tuesday and will be here till tomorrow. So we have had lots of family gatherings. My sister and I got with the parents on Wednesday and went swimming at the pool with Aaron and Allison. Thursday Dan and I had a BBQ at our house and got both sides of the families together. That was a lot of fun. It is very rare that we all get together. The next day I had a lovely training for work, and then Dan and I had dinner with my mom and dad. Dan managed to go fishing on Saturday and Sunday. He was also very lucky to be invited to the Texans game on Saturday night by his friend Matt. He had a very busy weekend and now he is back at work tonight. Today I hosted a candle party and I was lucky enough to get all my purchases for FREE! Thanks everyone that came and bought something! I promise your houses will smell WONDERFUL! Well I am sad to say that my summer is coming to an end, and I will officially be working again next Monday. It has been a wonderful summer and I am going to miss my time off, but I am ready to get back in the classroom. Now that I know what I am doing I think this year will be a breeze! Dan is even more excited about me going back to work because he says I spend all of his money when I am off. I don't agree! Well I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Till next time....
