Lazy Americans

I just noticed today how truly lazy Americans are. While turning into Chick-fil-a to grab some lunch I noticed how long the line was. I began to wonder....okay there are nine cars in the drive thru, and there are plenty of parking spaces for you to park in. Why wait in this long line? Wouldn't it just be easier to park, run in, and order your food? I suppose not! There those nine cars awaited in their nice air conditioned vehicles. I do admit it was a little hot, but come on! Are you that lazy?!?! I then thought...What should I do? Oh why not join the lazy ones! There I was the tenth lazy American waiting in line!!!!

Harlem Globetrotters

About two weeks ago Dan and I took our nephew and niece to see the Harlem Globetrotters (Yes I know this post is a little late!). We all had a blast!

Happy Valentine's Day

We just want to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day. I am glad that there are no kids tomorrow. Just a work day for teachers. After the party today the kids need to STAY HOME!

Busy Weekend

Hope everyone had a great weekend! We had a pretty busy one.Friday was pretty low key. I fell asleep at eight, and Dan stayed up watching t.v. Saturday was very interesting. My college friend Katie came over to hang out, because she is leaving on Wednesday to Costa Rica to do her student teaching. Good Luck Katie! Dan and I went to lunch with her, and then we were off to do some shopping at Katy Mills. Well I thought that lovely morning sickness was over, when out of no where it hit me. NO WARNING AT ALL! The only thing I could to do was lean over. Yup that's right all over Dan's truck! It was a really bad one too. I think the worst that I have ever had!!!! Poor Dan and Katie! Well we made it home, and Dan cleaned the truck. I didn't let that stop me from shopping! We jumped into a non stinky car and off we were! Oh the joys of pregnancy!
On Sunday we became members of the church (RiverPointe), we have been going to for a year and half. It was about time! Dan finally had a Sunday off so that we could go to a meet and greet class. We have been trying to go to the class for awhile but it just so happened that every time they offered the class it was the Sunday Dan was working. We met some great people that were also joining. We are so happy that we found a church that we were both comfortable in. It is an awesome church and we are happy to call it home! After church I had a wedding shower to go to for my friend Aimee. It was a great shower. Dan and I are looking forward to the wedding in March. Hope all is well with everyone!

Hi Mom and Dad!!!!! Can you see me???

Today we had our second appointment, and we had another ultrasound!!!! It's amazing how fast the baby is growing! Baby Schwartz was very active!!!! Moving all over! The neatest thing was when it started moving its hands. I had the best time watching Dan's reactions. He is going to be such a great daddy! For everyone who is curious we find out the first week of March if Baby S is a boy or girl. We can't wait!!! I know the picture isn't that great, but the actual picture looks awesome in person. I am thinking we are going to have a pretty cute kid!!!
