Trip to the Valley

We all had a blast in the valley! Kaylee and I went shopping with Nana at the outlet mall. Nana was so nice to buy Kaylee her very first pair of Stride Rite tennis shoes. They are so cute! She also got her some cute outfits and much needed pajamas. Thanks Nana! The rest of the week I did last minute things for my friend Diane's baby shower. Dan came in on Friday and went to sleep early so he would be well rested for fishing. Dan had a great time and even met a man that invited him out on his boat later that afternoon. The shower was amazing! Diane and Julio are set for Baby Troy's arrival which we thought was going to be Saturday night! It was a full moon! A bunch of us went out including Diane's husband to a local bar. We were having a great time when Julio got a text from Diane saying that she was in a lot of pain. We all told her to go on to the hospital with her mom and we would be there shortly. Well it turns out that she was starting to go into labor but doctors stopped it. There was a possibility that she was going to have a C-section on Thursday, but she should be released tomorrow and is on complete bed rest. The doctors had given them a lot of options and literally scared the heck out of them. They just gave them to much info and to MANY options!!! Aren't doctors just suppose to tell you this is what were going to do because it is best for you and your child???? She isn't due for another month! Please keep them in your prayers! It was a great week and we are so excited to see Nana and Papa again! They will be here for the big birthday party for our Little Bug!!!

Hello Readers!

Sorry about slacking on my Wednesday writing this week! I was at an all day spa!!!! Dan gave me a gift certificate last year for our anniversary and I just got around to using it. Thank goodness because it was about to expire! The day was amazing! I was totally relaxed walking out of that place!
Dan painted the living room and kitchen this week! He did an awesome job! He is finishing up the baseboards today! The house looks totally new! Next thing is carpet! We will be purchasing that sometime next year. Need to save up for that!
We are having a blast with Matt and Jenn living in the neighborhood!They had us over for dinner last weekend and then they came over and played some Wii. Speaking of playing Wii! While Dan was bowling that night he knocked Molly in the face. I woke up at midnight to her making funny noises in the living room. I woke Dan up because I was a little worried. Well we got up to check on her and her WHOLE face was swollen. Her eyes were nearly shut! Poor thing! Of course I thought she was going to die of internal bleeding! Dan assured me that she would be fine and we went back to sleep. The next morning her face was back to normal! Thank goodness!
Well we have game night tonight with our hometeam group! I've missed all of them and am looking forward to catching up! Auntie Katie will be watching Kaylee while we are out! (Thanks Katie...You rock!)
Kaylee and I will be going to the Valley this week to visit Nana and Papa. Kaylee is super excited to see them and can't wait to show them all her new tricks! Dan will be coming down later in the week with the dogs.

What kind of trophy would you like to win?


I would totally love to win the Dancing with the Stars trophy!!!! It would be so much fun learning all the different styles of dances. Think about all the weight I would shed too!!! I guess to qualify I would have to become some kind of star. Maybe I should start my own reality show!!!!
